In Search of Adele H

A 10-month Twitter movie about Adele Hugo - the historical person, the film, the madness, the fiction. Inspired by the Fluxus Movement, the movie was text-based and comprised of Twitter posts, with additional short videos, images, music, and blog posts.

The Audio Tour

2006

A randomized interactive walking tour based on psychogeography. With The Audio Tour, listening stations and entries are chosen at random. Connections observed reveal the "real city," including your own emotional experience of place. Created for Burning Man 2006, tours have been conducted in Boston, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, the desert, the mountains, and even indoors.

Audience

2005

An interactive video and sound piece that asks: what if the movie is watching you? An infrared camera was pointed at the audience and live footage projected onscreen, while a soundtrack of squeaky movie seats, coughing and rustling was played. When the audience realized it was live projection, they started doing "the wave."
